I am Howard Palacin, Electronic Engineer and Army Veteran married with Mailen Palacin, father of two children. I have world experience being involve in many industries with different cultures and in different countries that help me understand the diversity. My passion always has been creative Engineering, believing in better way to do things and, learning about how machines in the world work. Teaching and Leading are what I want to encourage the kids of the new generation with because the world is changing and is ahead for those who want to get it!. In this new generation that children are used to things to be fast, they do not stop to think how things are developed, how machines work internally and even how their own electronic devices work, as stated before my passion is engineering and that’s the spark I wanted to light up in every child and to think like problem solvers.
